Tripura Health Department Recruitment 2022: Tripura Health & Family Welfare Department is conducting a walk-in-interview to fill the post of Food Safety Officer on a contractual basis for a period of six months. Candidates who completed the Degree/ Post Graduation Degree/ MBBS Course are eligible to apply.

Age Limit
Candidates’ age should be in between 22-40 years. Age is relaxable for reserved category candidates. Age is reckoned as on 31-01-2022
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess a Degree in Food Technology/ Diary Technology/ Biotechnology/ Oil Technology/ Agricultural Sciences/ Veterinary Sciences/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology or a Master’s Degree in Chemistry/ MBBS from a recognized University/ Institute.
- Knowledge of Bengali & Kokrobok languages is required.
Pay Scale
Selected Candidates will get payment of about Rs. 40,000/- PM accordingly by the recruitment organization.
Selection Procedure
The selection process will be held in 2 (Two) successive stages as mentioned below:
Academic performance and interview
Soon after the completion of the submission of the application form, Tripura Health Department will shortlist the candidates to appear for an interview based on their academic performance. No TA/ DA will be paid for appearing for a Written test or an interview.
Weightage is distributed as follows:
- Madhyamik or equivalent: 10 marks
- HS (10+2): 30 marks
- Degree: 30 marks
- Master’s Degree: 20 marks
- Interview: 10 marks
Candidates are requested to bring all the necessary certificates of testimonials in support of age, and educational qualification for attending the interview.

Required Documents to be carried at the time of the interview:
1. Aadhar Card
2. Degree, PG Certificate
3. Recent copies of passport-size photographs and signatures.
4. Reservation certificate
5. Valid active E-mail id.
6. Valid mobile number for receiving SMS
7. Online payment facility for paying the requisite amount of application fee.
Documents need to be submitted at the time of the interview:
1. One set of Photocopy/Xerox copies of all the above Certificates
2. Aadhar Photocopy/xerox proof.
3. Recent Photocopy of Passport size photographs.
