DMHO Adilabad Recruitment 2022: District Medical & Health Officer, Adilabad (DMHO Adilabad) is inviting applications to fill the posts of Mid Level Health Providers (MLHP) on a contract basis. The notification was issued for 53 Posts of Mid Level Health providers. Candidates who completed BAMS, B.Sc in Nursing, and GNM are eligible to apply.
About Adilabad District: The district derives its name from Adilabad, it’s headquarters town which was named after the ruler of Bijapur, Ali Adil Shah. The district was for long not a homogenius unit and its component parts were ruled at different periods by nasties namely, the Mauryas, Staavahanas, Vakatakas, Chaludyasof Badami, Rashtrakututs, Chalukyas of Kalyani, Mughals, Bhosle Rajes of Nagpur and Asaf Jahis, besides the Gond Rajas of Sirpur and Chanda. Originally this was not a full-fledged district but a sub-district named Sirpur-Tandur which was created in A.D. 1872 with Edlabad (Adilabad), Rajura, and Sirpur as its constituents talukas. In 1905 the status of this sub-district was raised to that of an independent district with headquarters at Adilabad. Further, in 2016, The Adilabad district is reorganized into 4 districts namely Adilabad, Nirmal, Mancherial, and KumramBheem Asifabad Districts.

Age Limit
Candidates, ages must be in between 18-44 years. Age is relaxable for reserved category candidates.
- SC/ ST/ BC: 5 years
- PH Candidates: 10 years
Educational Qualification
Medical Officer – MBBS:
Candidates must complete MBBS from a recognized University/ Institute.
Medical Officer – Ayurveda
Candidates must complete BAMS from a recognized University/ Institute.
B.Sc Nursing (Staff Nurse)
- Candidates must complete B.Sc in Nursing from a recognized Nursing Institute.
- Candidates who qualify on or after 2020 are eligible to apply.
B.Sc Nursing (Staff Nurse)
- Candidates must complete B.Sc in Nursing from a recognized Nursing Institute.
- Candidates who qualify on or after 2020 are eligible to apply.
GNM/ Staff Nurse
Candidates must complete GNM from a recognized Nursing Institute.
Pay Scale
Selected Candidates will receive payment according to the below-mentioned pay scale.
- MLHP (MBBS & BAMS Doctors): Rs. 40,000/- PM
- MLHP (Staff Nurse): Rs. 29,000/- PM
Selection Procedure
The candidates who satisfy the desirous eligibility criteria will be provisionally shortlisted for the selection process. The selection process for the posts will include

- Interview

1. Aadhar Card
2. SSC Marksheet Certificate
3. Degree Certificate marks sheets (MBBS, BAMS Certificate)
4. Provisional Certificate of qualifying Degree.
5. Reservation certificate (SC, ST, OBC, EWS, XSM, PWD/PH) if applicable.
Documents need to be submitted at the time of the interview:
1. One set of Photocopy/Xerox copies of all the above Certificates
2. Aadhar xerox proof.
3. Recent copies of Passport size photographs.
