Selection Procedure
- Selection will be based on a Written test for 80 Marks and followed by a Personal Interview for 20 Marks.
- The minimum qualifying marks for Written Test is 50% for UR / EWS and 40% for OBC (NCL)/ SC/PwBD candidates, against the reserved posts. No minimum Qualifying marks in Personal Interview. Relaxation in minimum qualifying marks shall not apply for SC/ST/OBC (NCL) candidates considered under the UR category.
- Candidates who have qualified in written tests are eligible for a personal interview.
- The final selection will be based on both the marks got in the written tests and personal interviews.
- Every provisionally selected candidate, prior to being appointed for the post, is required to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical examination as per the prescribed health standards of NLCIL by the Company’s Medical Officer and subject to being found Medically Fit, prescribed for the post.
