About Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Secretariat: The Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha or the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly is the unicameral state legislature of Madhya Pradesh state in India.
The seat of the Vidhan Sabha is at Bhopal, the capital of the state. It is housed in the Vidhan Bhavan, an imposing building located at the center of the Capital Complex in the Arera Hill locality of Bhopal city. The term of the Vidhan Sabha is five years unless dissolved earlier. Presently, it comprises 230 members who are directly elected from single-seat constituencies.

Age Limit
Candidates’ age should be in between 18-40 years. Age is relaxable for reserved category candidates as on 01-01-2022

Selection Procedure
Selection for the posts of Steno Typist, Assistant Grade III, Security Guard will be selected based on the below mentioned stages
- Written Exam (50 Marks)
- Skill Test/ Physical Test (50 Marks)
- Interview (15 Marks)
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
Documents to be carried at the time of interview:
1. Aadhar Card
2. SSC Marksheet Certificate
3. Degree Certificate marks sheets (all semesters or consolidated mark sheet)
4. Provisional Certificate of qualifying Degree
5. Reservation certificate (SC, ST, OBC, EWS, XSM, PWD/PH) if applicable.
Documents need to be submitted at the time of the interview:
1. One set of Photocopy/Xerox copies of all the above Certificates
2. Aadhar xerox proof.
3. Recent copies of Passport size photographs.

General category candidates must pay non refundable fee of Rs. 450/-, Rs. 300/- for reserved category candidates. Fee must be payable through online mode.
