HPSCB Recruitment 2022: HP State Co-operative Bank (HPSCB) is inviting online applications to fill the posts of Assistant Manager (AM) under its establishment. The notification was issued for 61 Posts of Assistant Manager. Candidates who completed their Bachelor’s Degree are eligible to apply.

Age Limit
Candidates’ age should be in between 18-45 years as of 01-01-2022. Age is relaxable for reserved category candidates.
- OBC/ BC Candidates: 3 Years
- SC, ST Candidates: 5 Years
- PWD Candidates: 5 Years
Educational Qualification
Assistant Manager:
- Candidates must complete Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institute with a minimum of 50% of marks.
- In the case of candidates possessing banking experience of 3 years, the simple graduate may also apply
Pay Scale
Selected Candidates will receive pay of about Rs. 10,300-34,800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 3800/-(Pre-revised) on the respective pay scale mentioned
Selection Procedure
The candidates who satisfy the desirous eligibility criteria will be provisionally shortlisted for the selection process. The selection process for the posts will include
- Online Written tests and
- Interview
Phase-I (Preliminary Examination) will be of 100 marks which shall be qualifying in nature. The merit obtained by the candidate in Phase-I (Preliminary Examination) will not be considered while preparing the final merit list.
The marks for Phase-II (Main Examination) shall be 200 marks. The interview of candidates declared successful in Phase-II (Main Examination), shall be of 20 marks as per the provisions provided under Bank’s Service Rules
The overall minimum qualifying marks (Cut Off) in the online examination i.e. preliminary as well as main examination shall be 50% of the total marks prescribed for written test
For every wrong answer, 0.25% marks shall be deducted. In the online examination

1. One set of Photocopy/Xerox copies of all the above Certificates
2. Aadhar xerox proof.
3. Recent copies of Passport size photographs.

General/ OBC category candidates must pay a fee of Rs. 1000/-, and Rs. 800/- for reserved category candidates. The fee must be payable through online mode.
