Age Limit
Candidates, age must be in between 21-40 years. Age is relaxable for reserved category candidates.
Educational Qualification

Pay Scale
Selected Candidates will receive payment according to the mentioned amounts by the recruiting organization
- Management Trainees: Rs. 55,000/- PM
- Manager: Rs. 48,170 – 1740 – 49,910 – 1990 – 69,810/- PM
Selection Procedure
Selection for the posts of Manager, Management Trainee will be selected based on the below-mentioned stages
- Written Exam
- Interview
Candidates who have appeared for the final examinations and waiting for the results are eligible to appear for the written examination. However, the offer to join the Bank shall be subject to the production of necessary documents evidencing successfully obtaining the requisite qualification by April 01, 2023, or joining date as prescribed by the Bank (whichever is earlier)
Documents to be carried at the time of the interview:
1. Aadhar Card
2. SSC Marksheet Certificate
3. Degree Certificate marks sheets (all semesters or consolidated mark sheet)
4. Provisional Certificate of qualifying Degree, PG
5. Reservation certificate (SC, ST, OBC, EWS, XSM, PWD/PH) if applicable.
Documents need to be submitted at the time of the interview:
1. One set of Photocopy/Xerox copies of all the above Certificates
2. Aadhar xerox proof.
3. Recent copies of Passport size photographs.
Application Fee
General/ OBC Category candidates must pay an application fee of about Rs. 600/-, Rs. 100/- for reserved category candidates. The fee must be payable through online mode.
